RwandAir Baggage Policy: Everything You Need to Know
Checked Baggage Allowance
The standard checked baggage allowance for RwandAir is as follows:
- Economy class: 2 bags of 23 Kgs each (50.7 lbs)
- Standard dimensions accepted: 135 x 131 x 10 cm (53.1 x 51.6 x 3.9 inches)
Exceptions for RwandAir excess baggage should not exceed 20kg (44 lbs) in weight and 300cm (118.1 inches) in linear dimensions (length + width + height).
Carry-On Baggage Allowance
The RwandAir WB baggage policy for regular basic fares include the following:
- 1 personal item (free of charge)
- 1 carry-on bag (free of charge)
Each passenger is allowed to carry one 22x15x8 inches (55x38x20 cm) bag not weighing more than 21 lbs (10 kgs) to all destinations.
Additional charges may apply for checked baggage that exceeds the standard allowance.
