"It's a difficult thing to have someone that you love and care about be going through something so difficult," Menendez said. "I think the most important thing is to remember that he's my dad, and I love him no matter what."

"I think the most important thing is to focus on what you can control," Menendez said. "And that's your own work, your own life, and your own choices."
